Default Child leaving setting

Hi
Just wondering .. when a child leaves a setting what paperwork do you send home and what do you keep at the setting for reference? Learning Journey, and I can do book, but what about other paperwork such as correspondence with other agencies eg occupational therapist etc, do you send that home also or do you keep that at setting for reference?

Any thoughts would be great!
