Default Level 5, performance management.

I'm very new to the forum and not entirely sure how it works but any help would be amazing. I have to write about my skills as a leader and what type of leader I am (which was all fine, according to my tutor) Now I have to say how this works in my setting, whether my chosen tools of performance management work well for me (no idea what this means!!!) and finally, conclude on my choices and recommendations for change I think fitting??

I have no idea what any of this means and any help would be gratefulThank you!!!

Hi, welcome to the site. For managing performance you could consider tools such as an appraisal system? does the setting have one? would be a choice you could make recommendations about, suggestions for it to change? Other tools could be the way review meetings are organised, how you ensure performance is examined and practices are reflected upon eg. working in partnership with others.

The level 5 handbook has information across sections that you may find helps
