Develop plan for improving own knowledge, understanding and skills in literacy, numeracy and ICT
Hi,
I really need help with this.. I have written some of info but I am not sure if this is enough or not, please help
While I am working with children I am developing and improving my skills and knowledge in all subjects and getting the confidence to work with different year groups. I am confident to voice my idea or opinion to the class teacher as I always ask when I need help if I don’t that leads to misunderstanding or possible mistakes take place.
