Could someone please give me some help on unit 637 Develop and maintain records:
Can you explain how to respond to feedback from those who receive records and reports and then evaluate how own records and reports provide evidence for the basis of judgments and decisions.

Really struggling ! Any kind of guidance will be appreciated
