Default please help! I's stuck!

hello,
I'm currently working on a big task for my level 3 about safeguarding and even if my tutor sent me lots of material to complete this task I can't find anything pertinent.
the question is : analyse the correlation between national guidelines and legislation with local procedures and the impact they have on the setting’s policies and procedures This MUST include examples for:*
a) Health and well being*
b) Duty of care*
c) Protection from harm*
d) Protecting the practitioner, (Includes volunteers and children under the age of 19)
and covers
Arrival and departure of children,*
Child protection,*
Risk assessment,*
CRB/DBS,*
Lone working,*
Whistleblowing,*
Working in an open and transparent way,*
Listening to children,*
Power and positions of trust,*
Propriety and behaviour,*
Physical contact,*
Intimate personal care,*
Off site visits,*
Photography and video,*
Recording, reporting and sharing concerns*

please help!

Hi what national guidelines, legislation and local procedures has your tutor helped you study for this?
