Default Does a Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools qualification still count towards EY ratios as Level 2?

Hello,

I posted on here a while ago, I have a Level 2 and 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (obtained after 2014) which included a lot of work in a Reception class. I luckily found a job as a casual nursery assistant as the company I worked for said I counted in the ratios as a Level 2 worker.

I'm now looking for a permanent job as a Level 2 nursery assistant but am having trouble. I was wondering, does anyone know if I definitely am counted in the ratios? Did my previous company get it wrong, or because of the governments new plans are companies being fussier?

New plans-

Thank you!
