HELP - improve or change prosfessional practise based on reflection taken

Hi. Can someone please help me with this question? Its the last question and then I've completed my level 3, yippeeeee.

'Make recommendations to improve or change professional practice based on reflection taken'

What is the question actually asking me? Ive wrote how to improve practise etc on previous questions but I'm stumped and feeling like I'm repeating myself.

Any help would be appreciated
