Unit 12 - 2.3

Hi all, I'm not going to get my hopes up as this level 5 forum seems a bit of a ghost town these days but can anyone give me some guidance on unit 12 - 2.3:

Analyse how performance indicators can be used to measure practice.

I seem to be finding conflicting information everywhere on this one.
