I see that a lot has been written here about breathing exercises, and I did not believe that they could be effective before. But if you look at it, this is ordinary physiology that we can use to our advantage.
In general, physical activity helps to cope with anxiety, if done correctly and enjoy the process of training. I like ride a bike,
it is great, walking a lot (about 10k steps a day). Exercises for concentration and agility are also good - you will immediately leave the fog from your head and you will feel much better.
