Unit 4 - Promote Professional Practice . Help?!?

‘Champion, review and evaluate models of reflection within your team’

I have a table to complete and no idea how to do it.

It gives me the model of reflection and asks me to - Give an example of use in your team and - Review and Evaluate use.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
