Default Professional Observation

I am doing a course for classroom assistant. I am a LSA for a 1:1 child. They work quite independently and I just have to make sure they keep work update and homework is done. My assessor is coming out next week to watch me how I deliver a short literacy and numeracy programme. I have never done that for my pupil and don't have a notion where to start. Can anyone help and provide me insight for what I can do with a 12year autistic and high functioning anxiety child.
