Default Unit 308-Stretch children's skills and abilities and ways to support children to manage dissapointment

I had a look in different resources for this but I'm not sure these are the correct answers as it's more directed for older children and not EY so I wonder if someone could help me with:

Methods to encourage and support children to test and stretch their skills and abilities. 308k44 and Ways to support children to manage lack of achievements and disappointment. 308k45

Any support would be greatly appreciated
