Hi Bev, I'm hoping someone else can come along & help out but I would begin by looking at how your information is handled in the setting in order to support the children (support your course work with evidence )
What record keeping systems are in operation and how are they stored .. how often are they updated and who is reponsible for checking this.
What external agencies are noted in the documentation for your reference and do they correlate properly to any needs specific children in the group may have.
All the information kept supports the childrens development by enabling you to refer to it quickly, everyone needs to be assured that what they are reading is up to date, stored in a manageable format & relevant.
