Notebook 5 A Day

The NHS have this site 5 a day, it has information on why you should eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day, downloads and resources, recipes, portion size guide and information on the school fruit and veg scheme. I've had a look, and there are one or two recipes I'll be trying sometime soon!

Just found this one: Eat In Colour. It has some great ideas, and some fun things to try out - colour wheel? Give it a spin!
