Default Transistions

Yes you are on the right track. Write about how the transition can be made easier for her. How would she be prepared to go there...e.g meeting with the child minder, spending settling in times with her main carer with her. Making sure the child minder knows her routines. Providing a comfort item if she has one..e.g. blankie , music familiar to her. Make sure the child minder knows her development so far. Hope these pointers help. Good luck
