Default Atkins and murphy reflection help please

Hi all, im trying to do some reflections, im trying to write one for my first essay as sujested by my tutor, but am very confussed, have emailed her but she's not got back in touch =[

If anyone can help please!

just go through the a and m stages applying it to the piece you are thinking about i personally find gibbs and kolb easier.
