Hi a warm welcome in! :) I liken resilience a little to the trauma inducing
Chicken Licken story (as a child it truly didn't help knowing the sky wasn't really falling in when there's a beloved book character running around in a panic saying it was!)
Bumps and scrapes, nettle stings and scratches, minibeast & animal encounters are a possible example of times young children's resilience is tested. Fear, anxiety & alarm from the carer wouldn't support their resilience. Other occasions could be when a toy is taken away from a child without their permission and how that situation is managed. Bullying and transitional times such as family changes - bereavement, parents separating, new adults, siblings, change of setting or moving home.
