Default Hi all im new at this

Hi im so glad i found this website as ive been looking through some threads and im glad to see im the not the only one who doesnt understand the knowledge. I havnt even had a talk with my accessor, she just gave my manager the disc and told me to start 301,303 and 305. I just feel like ive not been given any way forward, because you look at it and its daunting!!!! But ive read that once you understand it and get on a roll its easier, is this true? Ive never been good at writing things down, starting the sentences off and wording it!!! So any help would be gratefully appretiated thanks.

Hi and welcome to the site.

Understanding the way the units are written can help if you are able to 'twist what's being said into how you can and do put it into practice.

eg:
K3C154 The importance of good working relationships in the setting
From Unit 301 Develop and promote positive relationships.

Is asking why you feel good working relationships in your setting are important.

Once you personally have the words in mind/on the tongue to explain why you feel it's important you can look for evidence to back up and substantiate your reasoning.

A few links that will help are all level 3 unit pdfs on CWDC - Children's workforce development council and the search page here Childrens rights and the educational framework that's appropriate to your country.

Hope this helps and look forward to hearing how things go

Best wishes, enjoy Silkysteps
xx
