Default Myths

we had our development worker come into our setting this week.started to ask her what we can and cannot use in the setting.she asked me what i had been told ,no egg boxes no toilet roll holders,no cornflour.she looked at me in disbelief you can use all of those she said.all Myths ,she told me to go to this website
:http://www3.imperial.ac.uk/pls/porta.../1/7292942.PDF
it clearly says that we can use egg boxes and toilet roll holders and cornflour.
so just wondering what you all have been told and how this all gets confused

lol, I think you've hit on one of the biggest individual craft material decisions or choices around . I'd personally avoid using or planning to use toilet rolls, cotton wool, polystyrene and egg boxes in craft & activity projects but don't have a problem with them being in the group.

It's an interesting topic, there's an oldish thread on toilet rolls here - toilet rolls and craft

xx
