Default Hi Everyone :) Advice needed please

Hi everyone, i am new here and really need some advice, about 9 years ago i did a 2 year full time course called, cache level 3 diploma in childcare and education, i did most of the work passed my exams and stupidly dropped out in the last few weeks, i didn't complete all the placements (20 were needed) and didn't pass my last few placements.
Now my son is due to start nursery im going back to start again. I have a placement ready (when crb check is cleared) and have found a course called the children's and young peoples workforce, it is a level 2 course, but i may be able to do the level 3, would the course be similar to the one i did previously or would i be best to start with the level 2, i cant find any where that does the dce i did before.

Thank you for reading x

if you know all your child development, your theories ie bandura, piaget vygotsky bruce and law (tho youd have to gen up on eyfs) then you should be able to cope with the l3. the course is very similar to the old dce very academic and you need to do 400 hrs placement over the year but it is an excellent course
