We offer fruit, unflavored pop corn (counts as part of five a day) cheese and plain crackers...... veggie sticks, raisins as snacks.
A good way to research lunch menus is to Google other nurseries and look at their menus. We always have veggie options for non meat eaters and of course have alternatives for those who have other dietary needs. We also offer tea at my setting and sometimes the children will make their own sandwich with fillings of their choice.
