k4d859 - principles of parntership with parents and families.
k4c860 - How to ensure that the voice of the child is heard.

Im confused is there a set of principles? or do they just mean how you work with parents.

Voice of the child am i thinking along the lines of circle time?

For k4d859: I based this on our Parental Involvement and Settling in Policies. I also referred to the following (See Unit 401 question K4P748) you may have covered some aspects in this the 401 unit

k4c860: This involves including children when planning, Listenting and talking to the individual child, following their interests. All help build confidence, self esteem, they also feel involved and valued. Hope this helps
