Default Health Declaration

Am just about to start working in a pre-school as pre-school assistant and been told i need to do a health declaration. Is this for Ofsted? Thought you only had to do these if you were going for deputy or manager/Supervisor?

Hi,

I had to do one for play assistant and yes it was for Ofsted. You fill it in then your GP needs to fill in and sign where required and it costs about £25 for them to do that.
