Help SOS Health And Safety

i am totally blank on what to write on the question: Explain how helath and safety is montitored and maintained and how people in the work setting are made aware of risks and hazards and encouraged to work safely

i know its long am really sorry but if anyone can help me i would be really grateful xx

by ways of risk assessment - you would be able to monitor and maintain the risk/hazard
You would put out caution of slip signs to make people aware of the hazard when floor is wet
Staff should be familiar with the health and safety policy in your setting.
