The BIG Recycle 2006

Launched on 5th June, the UK's residents are being encouraged to make recycling their goal during the World Cup.

This time has been chosen for the campaign because the amount of waste we produce increases during major sporting tournaments!:sorry:

In just 6 weeks:

your metal can could be recycled and used as part of a fridge, car or plane.
your glass bottles could be recycled into house insulation.
plastic bottles could be made into a cosy fleece jacket.
your newspaper could become part of a road or race-track.

So, be responsible, get involved and recycle, recycle, recycle!
