Hi all, I have just started my level 4 advance practitioner.
I am stuck on this question.

responsibilities of an advance practitioner in relation to their role with staff including:

.The mentoring roll
.Leadership and management skills
. Coaching, delegation and motivation
. The well being of staff
.Partnership working with staff, outside agencies and parents.
.wider scope of management duties (policy and procedural development)

Any help would be great.
