Help SOS Unit 140.4.3

Hi. Stuck again!!

Support others to understand the importance of well being and resilience in the context of safeguarding.

Does this mean, discussing policies, looking after staff resilence, having weekly meetings etc. Dont get the bit ' In the context of safeguarding'!!

Please help.

I was told to write about how I help staff learn to let children have a go at things themselves first, not to go running to the child straight away etc. I'm doing this unit now but I'm stuck on 1.2

I have an annual plan to review policies, however if there are changes to legislation I change the order, I immediately updated the safeguarding policy when the Preventy Duty was introduced, then held a staff meeting to explain it to staff. Once the policy was reviewed and explain I sent a copy to parents and staff.
Hope this helps
