Default Help please with Optional SEN unit

This unit seemed like a great idea and mostly it's going well but I now seem to be repeating myself. Can anybody help with the legal entitlements for disabled and SEN pupils regarding the education act
I have outlined the SEN and Disability act and the Equality act but feel the Education act covers similar things ( inclusion, anti discrimination, removing barriers ect) The only difference I can find is the right to chose 'mainstream' education, am I missing something or just over thinking again
Thanks in advance

have a look at the new SEND code of practice which was publish Sept. This will help you as the SEN now covers Special Educational Need and Disabilities. https://www.gov.uk/government/public...actice-0-to-25
good luck :)
