I have a question CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE! Intervention frameworks!

PLEASE HELP!!! I'm so stuck on this question and words no longer make sense to me.

Summarize the provision, assessment, and intervention frameworks for children with special educational needs and disabilities

Any help anyone could give would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure if this means list the different provision availble like ILP's and Behaviour plans or what information the school needs follow to create these. I'm so confused!
