Default 4.4 level 4

Hello. im looking for some help on the question before i go insane!

4.4 explain how the interface with adult services is structured so that the needs of children and young people whose carers are users of services are taken into account?

I wish they would put the questions into some sort of english as thats how they confuse me.

Thank you in advance
