Is there a keyperson system in place where each plans learning & development opportunities for their individual key-children? or maybe planning is handled by a solitary person and activities tailored and adapted to meet the needs of individual children?
When do you talk to colleagues in the setting about planning those activities, how things are going, what difficulties exist, time management and how they find all the materials/resources they need to support the activities?
