Would this be to do this the general health/wellbeing/lifestyle of the potential parents eg mother's age, weight, do mother/father smoke, drink excessively/take drugs/eat an unhealthy diet/not get enough exercise?

Also are there any genetic problems from either side which may effect the feotus? and how healthy/of what "quality" are the egg or the sperm eg low egg production/irregular menstural cycle+ovulation/poor sperm count/low mobilty sperm etc

Apologies if I am way off beam!
