General question unit 027 ..1.4 explain how current health and safety legislation policies and procedures are implemented in own work set

hi all,
great forum. im having a brain block on 1.4 unit 027.
do i basically explain about having risk assessments, child records,sickness policies etc

any advice in right direction would be fab

Hi yes, health and safety covers a great deal of what settings put into practice daily and all those necessities are based on legistlation & regulation. If in England use eyfs requirements and your setting's policies & procedures to guide what you talk about with your assessor or write about xx
