EYMP 1 Working in partnership with parents

Hi im just finishing off a few loose end on the course and my mind seems to have gone blank

What are the benefits of working in partnership with parents for (A) children (B) Practitioners and (C) parents

Also i need to write a reflective account of a report when you have either;

Been a key worker and supported a child's well being
or
Witnessed another member of staff act as a key person and consider if they have carried out this role effectively to support the well being of a child in their care EYMP 3 3.1

I am a volunteer at a preschool nursery so im not a key worker. Im not quiet sure what i should be looking for in order to write the witness account

Any Help would be VERY MUCH APPRICATED
