Default Internet Policies or Procedures

Could anyone help, I am looking to implement an Internet Safety Policie or Procedure and wonder if anyone has one they are using or could point me in the right direction to find one.
Thanks

You use the computer when I say and you visit the sites I say are safe.

There's only one so hogging isn't an option - here's a rota I drew up earlier.

If your parents say you can't have Messenger / Twitter / Yahoo talk etc at home then it will be disabled here.

If the dog woofs (I use k9 software to protect them) you do not go back to that site.

Sit properly, use the keyboard safely, if you are left handed move the mouse across, plant your feet firmly and stop after 20 minutes for a rest - here's a timer to help you remember.

If you so much as think about downloading anything, stop and consider the consequences.

When I say it's time to come off, you stop using it straight away... I control the internet switch :rotfl:

I found a poster entitled "my internet safety rules" which I laminated and display next to the computer its from www.missdorothy.com you could download it and incorporate some of the statements relevant to your setting into your policy
