Promote children and young people's positive behaviour

Hello everybody,

I received this unit back today and my tutor said I need to re submit 11 of the 18 questions!
I cant believe it, this is due to not having enough evidence he said as the questions clearly say 'demonstrate' I have used reflective accounts for some of these and he said they are not suitable as practical pieces. I have never had any bad feedback in my other units and I am so gutted I don't know where I have gone so badly wrong.
Can anyone help me as to what evidence I am supposed to use??

Hi, & hugs did your tutor mention that 'demonstrate' is most easily evidenced when an assessor observes you in actual practice & through professional discussion?

Aside from that, if you let us know they type of setting you're in and the criteria you had returned hopefully members can help xx

I do not get observed as I am doing this through Study House.
I am in a primary school, in a unit with children with SEN.
Like I said there are may questions I need to re do, but these are the first ones..
.Demonstrate how to establish rapport and respectful, trusting relationships with children and young people

.Demonstrate supportive and realistic responses to children and young people's questions, ideas, suggestions and concerns

.Demonstrate how to support children and young people in making choices for themselves.

Like I said I have used reflective accounts but not good enough apparently.

study house don't observe you??????????? how are you supposed to demonstrate the practice outcomes. i would speak to CACHE or whoever your course is written by because THIS IS NOT ALLOWED. private companies taking your money.........ahhh just read their website and it isn't full qualification for some and only partial for others. what a rip off.thank god they don't teach child care!
