I devised a questionnaire which I sent out to parents. This was my starting point for the unit. I then had a meeting with committee and staff where we talked about the parents comments and what we would do to change things. I minuted this meeting and submitted this along with my questionnaire.

Its also about reflecting on your practice and what you do to keep evaluating your settings practice.

I also did an observation of our DT area: how it was used etc. Discussed this with other staff, put changes into place and then re-evaluated it.

Also do you have an accessibility plan? Your SENCO should have written one. If so see how you can change that to benefit your children and families.

If you have any children with SEN or EAL you can write loads about what you do for them. I hope that helps
