human rights act
equial oppernities

benifits of creativity and innovation-allows children to express them selfs, improves imagination and allows child to learn through exploration(use theories such as frobel and montessori to support your work), child will feel more secure, will engage the child and be more fun, builds on holisitic development -f.m skills for gluing and sticking g.m skills in dance etc

how to create and maintain a culture which encourages and recognises creativity and innovation- get parents involved, being a creative role model, educate adults working with children about the benifits, incorporate creativity and innovation into the setting as much as possible-e.g by providing reasorces which will encourage creativity-pots and pans as drums etc

hope this helps
