I am really stuck on Unit 2.4

AC 2.1 Access information, advice and support about equality, diversity and inclusion.
AC 2.2 Reflect on ways information, advice and support about equality, diversity and inclusion can be used to inform practice.

My assessor has told me that these sections will be fulfilled through verbal questions and answers x
