Hi, welcome to the site xx It's possible you are repeating yourself, the criteria comes at you from different perspectives eg. identify, understand/learn about, explain, demonstrate. If you can read through what you've written, see if you're including more information than is necessary.

You don't mention which handbook you've access to, on page 29+ of this one physical development is explained as ..

Quote
Physical development involves the increasing skill and functioning of the body, including the development of:

- motor skills (or skills of movement)
- skills of coordination (for example, hand-eye coordination)
- balance

It identifies physical development as growth and the hereditary factors, hormones, nutrition, emotional influences that are involved and goes on to look at height, body proportions, reflexes + grasps, examining gross and fine motor skills at the different stages of a child growing up and whole body movements such as coordinating the skills needed to run, jump & hop.

Hope this helps xx

ahh, that makes things a little easier :) look at page 150+ it has all the information you need to understand and explain the term physical development, then use your knowledge of what happens in your school/setting as an example eg. a PE activity

Best wishes
