General question Under threes: birth to three matters or eyfs?

i currently work in a baby room which follows very limitedly birth to three matters. i need to review this but keep on getting conflicting information about whether we should be following birth to three or the eyfs. can anyone please clear this up for me? and any ideas on how to plan, assessment records or diary would be extremely helpful
thanks

eyfs should be used by all settings caring for children from birth to 31st Aug after their 5th Birthday so you should definitely be using it, birth to 3 was incorperated into the eyfs but you should get rid of it and just use eyfs.
