Help SOS TDA 2.4 level 2 STLS equality, diversity & inclusion

Please Help I've been stuck on a question for a while now and my mind just goes blank.
The question is Describe the importance of supporting the rights of all children and young people to participation and equality of access but i have to base it on a case study which is.... Claire is in year 7 and she has a hearing impairment, which requires her to wear hearing aids. She is reluctant to wear them and this is having an impact on her ability to complete tasks in class. Not all staff are aware of Claire’s hearing impairment.
I have to identify three strategies i could use to help the pupil to develop their independence and identity. Any help will really be appreciated Thankyou
