We are fortunate in having a local authority that has tried very hard to minimise the impact to the sector. The final reduction for us is fairly minimal, equates to about 1.5 staff hrs a week and ought to be able to be covered by some cost cutting on other expenditure. However, the authority may be facing further cuts in the next financial year and may have to pass some of those on to the sector too.
