I'm confused some more pointers please cyp17

At last I've nearly finished this assignment, but just need a little help on this question.

Describe the systems in place that enable good working practices between childcare settings and other agencies, and explain how they support parents and carers to be involved in plans that are implemented for the benefit of the children:

thanks in advance for any help.

Hi, this is about what happens between your setting and others.

What paperwork is shared? Phone calls made? meetings arranged? time put aside each day to talk to parents and carers? Do you have daily diaries that children take home? Can parents make comments in them? Does your setting share development information with Health Visitors at children's 2 year progress check? How do children make the transition into school or the next class from your setting?
