we have sheets showing the stepping stones for six areas that are coloured yellow, blue and green same as curriculum guidance, we have 4 key workers that have 10 childrens portfolios to complete each.
Everyone observes all the children daily, writing any obs on post its, and childrens photos are taken as well e.g using small tools with the playdough, these are then sorted into our keyworker folders, then the keyworker adds this to the childs porfolio with the stepping stone written next to the post it or photo, childrens work is also added with reference to the stepping stone.
any work or pictures done at home are also added.
