Default Renting rooms out?

Is it possible to rent your room out for a fee ?

Would there be any extra things you'd have to arrange before doing this ?

There are tax and insurance implications and I think your mortgage company might charge extra... but that was a few years ago so it might have changed

Ahh sorry .. Preschool rooms .. I'd have to move out if I wanted to rent one of my rooms !! lol

Not sure how many Pre schools or Playgroups own the building they work from but wondered if renting whilst the sessions weren't on was extra revenue for them.
