Please Help (planning)

Hi guys im new to silkysteps. Have recently been made supervisor in my nursery and really want to change our planning as I know its wrong, it does not currently look at the childs interests and is way to long. Please could anyone help by giving tips on websites about planning or send me copies of how they do theres.

The main issue with it is that the plnas will have to cover ages 2 to 4, 29 different children attend during each week.

Thanks in advance,
