Hi I am new to this site (well posting anyway lol) I have found this site a really useful tool for both my nvq 2 and 3. I finish my level 3 in april and really feel like throwing in the towel I am struggling with unit 068 outcome 4.1. its about communication but it links to the communication observation. My tutor has said i need to re-do it but I dont know what else I can put. looking for guidance please. many thanks from learner on the edge
