Default foam

try unperfumed shaving foam for a tactile activity, add powder paint, glitter use combs brushes to make patterns. If you have a child that is really sensative pop it in a zip top poly bag add paint the colour mixing is very good.

Brilliant ! . Actually sparked an idea that would be good for a 'man/barbers' topic ~ shaving !!
If large face shaped pictures were used as a base the children could 'shaving brush' the foam around the chin/under nose area then with glue sticks .. scrape the foam off to create patterns!! (as long as they didnt suggest the men in their lives did the same lol )

Discussions could be on whose brothers/dads/uncles/grandads etc use wet shaving/ electric to get rid of hair !!

We did muddy pigs with shaving foam this week, we had pig shapes cut out, the children mixed brown paint with shaving foam and painted the pigs to make them muddy, lots of fun, children noticed change as the paint got thicker and noticed smell as the foam was perfumed.(didnt touch foam used a paintbrush)
