Hi. If you work in a preschool room in a nursery, please could you share your daily routine? Thanks.

Hi,
I'm in rising preschool ages 3-4.
Our daily routine goes...
Children come in so settling and choosing time (usually funcky fingers/finger gym activities are set up but it is childrens choice to what they want to do) while we register and sort lunches etc
Sit and listen - where we greet and talk about some of the things we could do today
Busy learning - adult-led activities available if the children wish to join in - Outdoor is open after sit and listen.
Bookbags changed
Rolling snack is available from after sit and listen
We transition to tidying up at around 11:10
Return to the carpet for group time a story, songs, sharing, praise/addressing anything we need to. (during this time nappies are changed, exiting paperwork sorted)
Children going home mid-day get ready they leave us at 11-45, afternoon sessions come in at 11:50 then lunches start.
Afternoon rotates pretty much the same.

Hope that makes sense.
